Safe and lawful use
Our trunk riders are novelty decorations. You are responsible for installing and using them safely and legally. Before every drive, make sure the figure is secure and does not block your view, mirrors, lights, license plate or trunk. Remove it for highway driving, high winds and severe weather, or if it shows wear. ElfOnWheels is not responsible for damage, injury, fines or loss caused by improper installation or misuse.
Vehicle surfaces
Test the adhesive on a small hidden area first. We are not responsible for marks or damage to paint, wraps, repainted panels or aftermarket coatings.
Orders and pricing
Prices can change without notice. We may cancel any order, including pricing errors; if we do, you'll be refunded in full.
Discounts
Discounts have no cash value and may change or end at any time.
Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.
